Brennan Oakes

Brennan Oakes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human capital management and strategic planning. Currently serving as a CPOHQ Member at Knoetic since June 2022 and a TechGC Member since May 2023, Brennan previously held multiple leadership roles at Kyte from April 2022 to March 2025, including SVP, Head of People & Legal. Additional experience includes key positions at Ruggable® and Bird, focusing on strategy, organizational design, and talent management. Brennan's expertise is further supported by a background in consulting with Deloitte, where involvement in strategic change management and leadership development was prominent. Brennan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wake Forest University.
