Denise Parsonage

Denise Parsonage serves as the Director of Global Benefits Strategy at GitLab since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of global benefits and wellness programs across over 60 countries. Prior to this role, Denise held various leadership positions in talent management and human resources at organizations such as Wisk, Varian Medical Systems, Apple, and AVEVA, focusing on executive coaching, organizational culture, and change management initiatives. Denise is also a founding member of CPOHQ, a networking group for Chief People Officers. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from San Francisco State University, along with coaching training from iPEC Coaching.
