Emily Tetto

Emily Tetto currently serves as the Vice President of Talent & Culture at Acceleration Partners, having joined the company in May 2012 as the first operational and administrative employee. Over the years, Emily has advanced through various roles, overseeing all aspects of People Operations, including recruiting, HR, training, and employee experience. In addition to this position, Emily is a founding member of CPOHQ, a platform for Chief People Officers to collaborate and learn. Previous experience includes event marketing roles at Reebok and PBD Events, where Emily successfully managed high-profile client accounts and executed multiple events. Emily's career began in administrative support roles at Fidelity Ventures and Bain & Company, contributing to HR initiatives and operational effectiveness. Emily holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Gettysburg College and has pursued further education at Northeastern University and the University of Pittsburgh.
