Margaret Dwyer

Margaret Dwyer currently serves as the Head of People at Alphataraxia Management LP since January 2025, following a 1.5-year fractional role with the firm. As the Founder of Reservoir HR since October 2021, Margaret provides expertise in people operations for startups. Additionally, Margaret is a Founding Member of both TroopHR, a national HR network, and CPOHQ, a collaborative space for Chief People Officers. Previously, Margaret held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at JOOR, managing HR and culture initiatives across global offices, and was the Senior Director of People Operations at SiteCompli. Margaret's early career included work as a professional actor and freelance paralegal. Margaret earned a Bachelor of Arts in Drama, cum laude, from Vassar College in 2009.
