Stephanie Gossage

Stephanie Gossage is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational culture, currently serving as Chief People Officer and previously holding roles as SVP and VP of Culture & Strategy at Madhive since January 2020. Stephanie is a member of C100 and CPOHQ, organizations focused on supporting and connecting Canadian tech leaders and Chief People Officers, respectively. Prior positions include Manager of People and Culture at Instacart and Unata Inc., Performance Manager at The Royal Conservatory of Music, and Event Coordinator for Carnegie Hall's Royal Conservatory Achievement Program. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business and Strategy from McGill University, earned in 2010.
