Amjad Syed

Amjad Syed currently serves as the Head of Finance at KNOLSKAPE, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Amjad held the role of Director of Finance at Ennoventure Inc. from July 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included team building and overseeing financial and compliance activities, governance, risk management, and audit. From December 2015 to June 2021, Amjad was the Group Financial Controller at Primecare India, contributing to leadership in accounting, financial reporting, and corporate finance within the IT, healthcare, and pharma sectors. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at FinTax focusing on India taxation and transfer pricing, along with an associate position at KNAV India, where notable tasks involved transfer pricing assessments, valuations, and compliance advisory. Amjad holds Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary qualifications and achieved top ranks in finance and marketing from notable institutions.
