Ritwik Mishra

Ritwik is the global head of Consulting at Knolskape. In this role, he leads a multi-faceted portfolio covering solution design & delivery, customer satisfaction, and enterprise eminence. He has over 20 years of experience in Learning, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development spanning multiple sectors geographies. Ritwik is passionate about driving sustainable organizational performance through meaningful development of employees. He has been credited with driving large-scale system implementations, organizational culture change, CxO development, and commercialization of shared services. Before joining Knolskape, Ritwik led Leadership Development for Deloitte US offices in India covering its 65K workforce. He is a guest faculty at some of the top management institutes in India and had the privilege of sharing his thoughts on learning across generations as a TedX speaker. His research interests include the leader-team member relationship. He has done extensive work on this topic, helping organizations enhance performance, inclusion, and capabilities like resilience. Outside of work, Ritwik is an avid reader, weekend chef, and a die-hard foodie.
