Georgia Turnbull

Georgia Turnbull currently serves as a Retail Operations Coordinator at Knoops, a position held since December 2024. Previously, Georgia worked at Bird & Blend Tea Co. B Corp from August 2022 to November 2024, first as a People & Learning Assistant, where responsibilities included leading people operations processes and internal communications, and also held roles as Retail Operations Manager and Store Manager, focused on internal communication and customer experience respectively. Georgia began a career at LUSH, progressing from Sales Assistant to Supervisor, managing substantial teams and store operations. Early experience included a Supervisor role at T2 Tea as well as a background in perfumery and essential oils. Education includes a BA (Hons) in Graphic Communication and a Certificate of Higher Education in Film from the University of South Wales.
