Jan Kowalski

Jan Kowalski has extensive experience in financial management and consulting, currently serving as the Global Financial Business Controller for Knorr-Bremse since July 2018, with previous roles in financial control and management traineeships in various domains including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and HVAC Systems. Prior experience includes a student trainee position at Siemens, focusing on mobility consulting and project ownership in EU-funded initiatives, as well as internship roles at BMW Group and NordCONTROL GmbH, where Jan contributed to strategic purchasing and consulting projects. Jan holds a Master of Science in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the same institution, along with an educational stint at Kyoto University.
