Kelly Kean

Kelly Kean is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Head of HR at Knorr-Bremse AG since October 2018, Kelly previously held positions at BAE Systems as the Operations’ Skills, Resource and Governance Manager and HR Manager from January 2015 to October 2018. Prior to that, a maternity leave took place from January to December 2014. Kelly's career began at Caterpillar Inc., where a series of roles were undertaken from September 1996 to January 2014, culminating in the position of Employee Services Manager. Kelly holds an HND in Business with HR from New College Durham, earned between 1999 and 2001.
