Dushan Perera

Dushan Perera is a highly experienced software engineer and technology leader, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Knot since January 2025, focusing on growth engineering. Previously, Dushan held the position of Director of Mobile Engineering at Fierce Finance, leading the development of a mobile retail banking application. At R/GA, Dushan progressed from Associate Technology Director to Technology Director, where strategic leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams were emphasized. Dushan co-founded Ring Me Right, an engagement ring marketplace, and has extensive experience at Dom & Tom, where roles ranged from Associate Director of Mobile Development to Lead Android Developer.
