Gina Neal

Gina Neal has a diverse work experience in the health and wellness industry. Gina started their career as a Fitness Counselor at Wellspring Camp La Jolla, where they guided teenage girls in incorporating fitness into their daily lives. Gina then moved on to UNICUS Fitness, where they served as the Director of Group Fitness/Fitness Professional. During their time there, they co-created and executed a successful branded boot camp and managed a team of fitness professionals. Gina was also a top-performing personal trainer.

Gina then joined lululemon athletica as a Key Leader, where they demonstrated floor leadership, managed day-to-day operations, and fostered brand awareness through community connections and events. Gina later joined BeneFitness as a Partner/National Wellness Director. In this role, they developed a successful business model, employed 60 employees across multiple states, and generated over one million dollars in revenue.

Most recently, Gina served as the Director of Operations at Knot Springs, a social club focused on health, wellness, and good times. Overall, Gina has a strong background in operations, management, leadership, business development, and fitness instruction.

Gina Neal attended Oak Park & River Forest High School from 1999 to 2002. From 2003 to 2006, they attended the University of Iowa where they studied Health and Sport Studies, as well as Journalism and Mass Communication. In 2004, they also briefly attended the University of Newcastle, where they focused on Communication Studies.
