Hee Chuan Seah

Hee Chuan Seah is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Knovel Engineering, a company focused on providing robust and scalable solutions through AI and innovative dual use technologies. Hee Chuan is responsible for leading global technology scouting, technology development programs, and other services.

In addition to their role at Knovel Engineering, Hee Chuan Seah is also a Board Member at Knovel O&G.

Prior to their current positions, Hee Chuan Seah served as the General Manager of KLASS, where they played a key role in growing the company from a team of one to nearly 100 employees. Hee Chuan emphasized disruptive technology research and development activities and provided strategic direction and day-to-day management.

Before joining KLASS, Hee Chuan Seah worked as a Project Manager at the Ministry of Home Affairs Singapore. In this role, they managed high-value projects with complex requirements, overseeing project documentation, risk management, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, and leadership functions.

Earlier in their career, Hee Chuan Seah held positions as a Senior Test Engineer at Chartered Semiconductor and an R&D Failure Analysis Engineer at Maxtor.

Hee Chuan Seah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in September 2019, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2017.
