Ruxandra Tartia is an experienced Senior HR Consultant and Learning & Development Partner at Know! since January 2004, with a track record of delivering over 8000 hours of training and consultancy to more than 4000 participants across 50 companies. Ruxandra's expertise includes internal Learning and Development coordination, development of competencies assessments, and HR consultancy programs focusing on management and leadership training for both local and multinational organizations. Prior to Know!, Ruxandra held roles as a Human Resources Consultant at Sales Consulting and as a Health Educator & Project Manager at WORLD VISION ROMANIA, specializing in staff recruitment and health education programs. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Health and Educational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
