Khye Sern Gho

Khye Sern Gho has a long and varied work experience. From 2010 to 2016, they were a Recruit for the Malaysian National Service. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Management Consultant for KPMG Malaysia. Since 2018, they have been the Head of Product at Know Your Customer, an award-winning RegTech company. In this role, they coordinate the company’s product strategy in line with business objectives, analyses and prioritizes feature delivery based on customer needs and strategic planning, liaises with the development team, business team and clients, leads the business analysis team and project managers, and oversees the registry services team. Khye Sern has also held the roles of Head of Product Analysis & Project Manager, Product Manager, and Business Analyst at Know Your Customer.

Khye Sern Gho completed their GCE-A-Levels at HELP University College from 2011 to 2013, majoring in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Economics. Khye Sern then attended The University of Manchester from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a BSc in Economics. Khye Sern also holds an A-Levels certification.
