Marjorie P. serves as the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety for Givaudan's Active Beauty and Fragrance Ingredient Business since May 2025. Prior roles include Global Head of Regulatory Affairs & Toxicology at FAREVA from September 2023 to May 2025 and Head of Certification & Toxicology at GMED from November 2021 to September 2023. Marjorie P. has also contributed to the AFNOR Group as a committee member on the Biological and Clinical Evaluation of Medical Devices and held various leadership positions in regulatory affairs and toxicology at Beiersdorf and ALES GROUPE. Educational qualifications include a Master 2 in Human Toxicology and Risk Assessment from Université Paris Cité and an Executive Master in Risk Assessment and Management from AgroParisTech, complemented by a strong foundation in biological engineering and cosmetics safety.
