Additionally, Rafael is the Owner and Creative Consultant at Know Your Dope L.L.C since November 2019. Experience in event operations was gained at the New York Red Bulls, and prior to that, Rafael worked as a Supervisor in Services Support at Chubb NA from November 2013 to February 2017. Academically, Rafael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science - Sports Management from Rutgers University and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Middlesex College.
