Joshua Ejnes has diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joshua currently holds the role of Manager of Business and Client Service Operations at Knowable, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Axiom, where they held several roles, including Integration Support Manager, Enterprise Applications Associate, Enterprise Applications Analyst, and Business Operations Analyst. Before joining Axiom, Joshua worked at Grubhub as a Restaurant Fulfillment Senior Specialist and Restaurant Fulfillment Associate. In these roles, they managed incoming requests from restaurant partners, ensured efficient completion of tasks, and facilitated effective communication. Joshua also updated content on the Grubhub website and assisted in executing large data updates for national chain restaurants.

Additionally, Joshua has experience as an Independent Contractor for FanSided's MLB blog, Call to the Pen. Joshua contributed news and opinion posts about baseball, collaborated with the team to generate story ideas, and optimized their work for search engine optimization (SEO).

Earlier in their career, Joshua worked as J@School Afterschool/Recess Staff at JCC Chicago, where they supervised and assisted children in grades K-5 in afterschool and recess settings. Joshua also specialized in leading group games and theater games. Joshua also served as a Social Media Intern at The Comedy Bar, responsible for creating social media content, marketing, and assisting with AV during comedy shows.

Joshua Ejnes completed their education with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Data Journalism from DePaul University, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to their master's degree, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication and Media Studies at DePaul University, graduating from 2015 to 2017. Joshua also partially completed a Bachelor's of Arts (BA) in Communication at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2013 to 2015 before transferring to DePaul University. In addition to their formal education, Joshua has acquired several certifications. Joshua obtained the Workday Pro - Reporting certification from Workday in December 2021. Furthermore, they completed various courses related to SQL and relational databases, including "Intermediate Relational Database and SQL," "Creating Database Tables with SQL," "Manipulating Data with SQL," "Retrieve Data with Multiple-Table SQL Queries," "Querying Databases Using SQL SELECT statement," and "Retrieve Data using Single-Table SQL Queries," which were all obtained from Coursera between May 2021 and August 2021.
