Francesco Schinina'

Francesco Schinina' is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial management, and leveraged loans. Currently serving as the Head of M&A at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Spa, Francesco has previously held significant roles including CFO at MY GOVERNANCE, and positions at Cairn Capital, Apax Partners, and Lehman Brothers. Francesco holds a Bachelor in Economics with a focus on Corporate Finance from the University of Rome La Sapienza and an advanced degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management, completed between 2009 and 2011.
