Andrew McNett

Andrew Mcnett is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and account management. Currently serving as an Enterprise Regional Account Manager at KnowBe4 since January 2017, Andrew has effectively streamlined onboarding processes, coordinated projects, and presented strategic business reviews to executive leadership. Prior roles at KnowBe4 include team management positions focused on customer success and pricing, as well as a role as an SMB Customer Success Manager. Prior to KnowBe4, Andrew worked at Texas Roadhouse, where responsibilities included managing guest experiences as a Front Of House Manager and holding roles as a Bartender and Server. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and an Associate of Arts degree from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.
