Courtney Peterson

Courtney Peterson, M.A., is an accomplished eLearning Instructional Designer with extensive experience in curriculum design and development across various educational settings. Currently serving as an eLearning Instructional Designer at KnowBe4 and an Instructional Designer/E-Learning Developer at Blue Manta Designs, Courtney has led the implementation of e-learning tools and developed engaging course content using the Articulate suite. Previous roles include Learning Experience Developer at Psych Hub, Instructional Designer at Cognito Learning, and multiple positions at ISD 196 and Lionsgate Academy, where responsibilities ranged from compliance and stakeholder collaboration to the creation of transition curriculums and community learning opportunities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Special Education from Bethel University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Public Health from Metro State University.
