Cynthia Dunphy

Cynthia Dunphy, SACP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Cynthia began their career in 2002 as an Office Coordinator at Sweetbay Supermarket. In 2011, they joined GFI Software as a Sales Order Processing Team Leader. Cynthia then moved to ThreatTrack Security in 2013, where they served as a Sales Order Processing Team Lead, OEM Inside Sales Rep, and finally, as an OEM Account Manager. In 2017, they joined KnowBe4 as a Channel Account Manager before being promoted to Channel Development Manager Team Lead. Currently, Cynthia holds the position of Director of Channel Account Management at KnowBe4.

Cynthia Dunphy attended Dunedin High School from 2002 to 2003 and St Aloysuis High School from 2000 to 2002. Cynthia obtained a certification as a Security Awareness and Culture Professional (SACP) in January 2022 from H Layer Credentialing. Additionally, they received a certification in Business Metrics for Data-Driven Companies from Coursera Course Certificates in 2016.
