Dalton Pippins is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in both enterprise and mid-market sectors, currently working at KnowBe4 since August 2021, where roles have included management positions across various customer success levels. Prior to KnowBe4, Dalton served as Territory Manager at Jeremiah's Italian Ice for a year and held multiple positions at OmegaFi, including Customer Success Manager and Account Manager from May 2017 to July 2020. Dalton began a professional career in customer service and management at Moores Mill Golf Club as a Groundskeeper. Dalton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Auburn University.
