James Praesto has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James started their career as the General Manager at Gitarren AB in 1994 and held the position until October 2000. From October 2000 to February 2002, they served as the Bar & Restaurant Manager at Bar Red and Restaurant - Soho. Then, they worked as a Sales Manager at Looney Tunes from February 2002 to June 2004. In October 2006, James joined GameStop as the Store Manager / Metro Trainer Manager and stayed with the company until January 2019. Following that, they joined KnowBe4 as a Customer Success Manager from February 2019 to August 2020. James then progressed to become the CSM Team Manager - Enterprise Division - North America from August 2020 to March 2021 and the Regional Director - CSM Enterprise Division from March 2021 to May 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Customer Success for Enterprise / Channel / KCM at KnowBe4, starting in May 2022.
