Kim Antill, SACP™, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and client management. Currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at KnowBe4 since August 2019, Kim has previously held various roles within the company, including Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior to KnowBe4, Kim worked at Alorica as a Client Solutions Manager and spent over a decade at West Corporation in multiple positions such as Client Services Manager, Program Manager, and Account Manager. Kim's career began at KinderCare Education as a Lead Teacher/Trainer. Kim holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
