Olivia Moodley CDP® has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Olivia began their career as an HR Specialist at Curo Fund Services from December 2014 to February 2017. Olivia then moved on to work as a Senior Human Capital Business Partner at Cape Union Mart Group from March 2017 to July 2018. Olivia joined SPAN Digital Innovation as a Talent Specialist from July 2018 to September 2019. Olivia then took on the role of Human Resources Manager at KnowBe4 in September 2019. Olivia's most recent position is as the Director of People Operations at KnowBe4, where they strategically partner with the leadership team to enhance the organization's ability to scale, designs and improves People processes and programs, and supports DEI initiatives and philanthropy within the company's Africa Region. Their responsibilities also include crafting recruitment and retention strategies, implementing HR policies, providing employee relations expertise, and ensuring the company's culture thrives through various activities and events.

Olivia Moodley CDP® has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development from Cape Peninsula University of Technology, which they obtained between 2006 and 2010. Olivia also earned an Honours degree in Industrial Sociology with a focus on Human Resources Development from the University of Cape Town in the academic year 2011-2012. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Diversity Professional (CDP®) certification from The Society for Diversity in February 2023. Olivia also completed a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
