Rachael S.

Rachael S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and mental health services. Since February 2022, Rachael has served as the Director of Customer Success at KnowBe4, following a role as Customer Success Team Manager. Prior to this, Rachael worked at Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers from January 2020 to February 2022 as a Regional Patient Consultant and Regional TMS Technician. Rachael's career includes significant contributions to Family Resources as a Program Supervisor and Community Educator, where leadership in team management and program facilitation was key. Rachael began a progressive career at Circle of Care for Families and Children of Passaic County, Inc., holding various care management positions from May 2015 to October 2018. Rachael holds a Master's degree in Children and Adolescent Behavioral Health from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish from Caldwell University.
