Rana Thomas

Rana Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Rana began their career as a Recreational Leader at the Springfield-Greene County Park Board in 2013. Rana then worked as an All Sports and Recreation Assistant Director at Eckerd College in 2014. In 2015, Rana joined KnowBe4 as a Receptionist and later transitioned to the role of Order Management Specialist. Rana then took on the role of Financial Analyst before becoming a Global Talent Project Manager. Most recently, Rana held the positions of Director of Global Talent Operations & Analytics and Director of HR Analytics at KnowBe4. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in data analysis, project management, and recruitment support.

Rana Thomas, PAHR, earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Business, from Eckerd College. Rana completed their studies at Eckerd College from 2011 to 2015.
