Topher Dicicco

Topher DiCicco has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Topher currently holds the role of Director of Product Integrations at KnowBe4, where they lead a department responsible for building relationships with third-party organizations and overseeing integrations with KnowBe4 products. Prior to this, Topher served as the Product Integrations Manager, acting as the liaison between software vendors and internal teams at KnowBe4. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Customer Success Team Manager at KnowBe4, leading a team of Customer Success Managers. Before joining KnowBe4, Topher worked in the banking sector, holding roles such as Banking Center Manager at SunTrust and Relationship Banker at Chase. Additionally, they served as a Business Solutions Specialist at Wells Fargo and as a Store Manager at Verizon Wireless. Topher began their career as a Third Party Logistics Team Lead at Publix Super Markets.

Topher DiCicco attended the American School of Lansing from 1997 to 2001, where they studied Business. Topher has also obtained additional certifications, including the Security Awareness and Culture Professional (SACP) from H Layer Credentialing in December 2021 and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute in September 2021.
