Vosen Chong

Vosen Chong is an experienced professional with a strong background in cybersecurity and sales. Vosen currently serves as the Regional Director of Customer Success at KnowBe4, where they manage a team of Customer Success Managers and implements strategies to retain and grow the customer base. Prior to this, Vosen worked as an Account Executive at COFENSE, where they were responsible for sales and consulting services in the APAC region. Vosen also held the position of General Manager at Secura Group Limited, where they built relationships with key cybersecurity vendors and managed two companies. In addition, Vosen has held various roles in sales and channel management at Horangi, Secura Group Limited (Red Sentry Pte Ltd | Soverus Technology Pte Ltd), GfK, PT. Hakarindo Megah, Microsoft, Acer, and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

Vosen Chong, CISM, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing from The University of Western Australia, which was obtained between 2004 and 2006. Prior to that, Vosen Chong completed a Diploma in Multimedia Computing from Ngee Ann Polytechnic. In 2021, Vosen Chong obtained the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification from ISACA.
