Lisa Coleman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human capital and organizational development. Lisa is currently the Director of Human Capital and Organizational Development at Knowesis Inc., where they oversee various functions including recruiting, benefits, performance management, compensation planning, learning/development, payroll, and employee relations. Prior to their current role, Lisa spent several years at the North Carolina Department of Transportation, where they served as the Program Director for the NCDOT Legacy Leadership Program and later as the Talent Management Program Manager.
