Jörg Erdmenger

Jörg Erdmenger has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jörg started their career in 1997 as a Software Developer at the OTHER media and worked there until 1998. In 1999, they established their own company called woerd and served as the Owner until 2010. In 2010, Jörg joined Atrada Trading Network AG as a Developer for a brief period of time. Later that year, they joined Knowis AG and worked as a Software Developer until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they held the position of Head of software engineering at Knowis AG. Currently, they are the VP Engineering at Knowis AG, a role they have been in since June 2018.

Jörg Erdmenger studied at the University of Regensburg from 1991 to 1997, obtaining a Dipl.-Biol. degree in Biology. Jörg also attended The University of Edinburgh from 1994 to 1995, focusing on Biology and Medicine. Prior to their university education, they completed their secondary education at Heinrich Suso Gymnasium.
