Elsa Westin is a Digital ESG Transformation Advisor with a strong background in sustainability and environmental strategy. Currently at TRATON GROUP, Elsa develops digitalization strategies for environmental and climate initiatives across brands such as Scania and MAN. Previously, Elsa co-founded gaia gen, leading efforts to align software development with sustainability, and served as IT Sustainability Lead at Scania, where they initiated significant decarbonization initiatives. Elsa holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Assessment from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Keiser University. Additionally, Elsa represented the Swedish National Golf Team for several years during their early career.
