Hördur Thorgilsson

Hördur Thorgilsson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Vice VD at Knowit FLX since May 2018, Hördur leads a unique employment model that combines traditional and self-employment elements, promoting stability and innovation. At Knowit, roles also include Consultant Manager and Business Responsible, focusing on team collaboration. As a co-owner of Kollektivkrogen since August 2024, Hördur actively participates in the management of a restaurant with a large partnership model. Prior positions include Consultant Manager at Human IT Sverige, Competence Manager at Lexicon IT-konsult, and roles at i-Seven and Victors & K.Plysch, where Hördur honed skills in IT consultation, development, and hospitality management. Educationally, Hördur holds a Bachelor’s degree in ICT, KM, and System Design from Lund University, along with additional studies at Malmö University.
