Marthe Berntzen

Marthe Berntzen is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Universitetet i Oslo, focusing on software engineering within the Department of Informatics since August 2018, after completing a PhD in Information Technology from the same institution. Currently also serving as a Researcher at Knowit since October 2023, Marthe engages in projects related to software development processes and methods. Prior experience includes a Visiting PhD Scholar position at Monash University and a Research Assistant role at BI Norwegian Business School, contributing to the Nordic Centre for Internet and Society. Earlier roles encompass talent acquisition and HR consultancy at Netlight and Adecco Norge, respectively, alongside various positions in customer service and social work. Marthe holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Culture and Communication from the University of Oslo. An exchange semester was completed at The University of Queensland in Australia.
