Minna Lumiluoto

Minna Lumiluoto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service design and software engineering. Currently serving as Tech Lead and Lead Service Designer at Knowit since October 2021, Minna has successfully spearheaded a large-scale design project focused on sustainable development and AI solutions. Prior to Knowit, Minna held key positions at Cybercom Group from April 2005 to October 2021, where responsibilities included leading service design projects and providing mentorship. Earlier experience includes roles as a User Experience Specialist, Software Designer at Documenta Oy, and Software Engineer at Analyste Oyj, where Minna contributed to software development and user experience optimization. Minna holds multiple degrees in Computer Science, Environmental Technology, and Landscape Design from various educational institutions, including the University of Tampere and LAB University of Applied Sciences.
