Rebecca Lilliebjelke is an experienced leader in business transformation and organizational development, currently serving as Head of Business Transformation at Knowit Insight since September 2023. With a diverse background that includes founding REBL Advisory AB and holding senior roles at Cordial AB and Aura Light, Rebecca has developed a strong expertise in strategic leadership, change management, and operational excellence. Notable accomplishments include leading significant organizational transformations and driving growth in various sectors, while also having experience in mergers and acquisitions management, sales, and international consultancy. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg and has pursued further executive education at prestigious institutions including the Stockholm School of Economics and HEC Montréal.
