Meredith Nichols

As Knowland’s Director of Human Resources, Meredith Nichols is responsible for talent management, employee engagement and communication, and ensuring a positive and safe employee experience. She brings over nine years of experience in Human Resources, including leadership through mergers and acquisitions as well as crisis management. Prior to joining Knowland, she built and led the Human Resources department at Orbis Operation, a growing Government contractor for the intelligence community. After Orbis’ acquisition of joint-venture partner Cybis, a cybersecurity advisory firm whose HR department she also headed, she lead the staffing and culture integration of the two companies. Meredith is SHRM certified and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from High Point University where she also sits on the Alumni board.
