Johan Grall

Johan Grall is a Lead System Architect at Knowledge Expert since December 2022, focusing on digital transformation through Lean-Agile, DevOps, and Design Thinking processes with Pega solutions. Prior to this role, Johan worked as LSA Pega at Lyance and held the position of SSA Pega at Crédit Agricole Assurances, where an application for document dematerialization was created using Pega. Johan's experience also includes roles at Capgemini and Ramsay Santé, contributing to web portal development with Pega, and extensive work at Sopra Group and Orange Business Services, where applications were maintained and redesigned using Oracle and BPM technologies. Johan holds a Master 2 degree in Software Engineering from Université de Rennes I.
