Shadia Alhelo

Shadia Alhelo, CPCC, has extensive experience in capacity building and learning and development, currently serving as Capacity Building Senior Manager at the Knowledge & Human Development Authority since July 2011. In this role, Shadia leads the design and implementation of learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and organizational productivity. Prior positions include Capacity Building Manager and Learning Programs Manager, where Shadia focused on employee relations and high-impact learning projects. As a co-founder of Wathiqat Alkhota Youth Development Centre, Shadia co-designed impactful youth programs aimed at boosting self-esteem and essential life skills. Shadia's educational credentials include certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Oracle University, and training in Mental Health Counseling and personal assessment.
