Manotosh Roy is currently the Head of Technology at KnowledgeWorks Global, where they lead the technology vision and execution across multiple group companies. With over 17 years of experience in software development and leadership roles, they have built and managed high-performing technology teams, executing mission-critical projects that deliver significant business results. Previously, Manotosh held key positions at Cenveo Learning, Cenveo Publisher Services, Tata Interactive Systems, Lionbridge, and Praxis Technologies. They are currently pursuing a PG Level Advanced Certificate in AI and MLOps from the Indian Institute of Science.
