Darron Lacey

Darron Lacey has extensive work experience in engineering, operations, finance, and strategy. Darron currently holds the position of VP of Engineering at Knowles Corporation since 2018. Prior to this, they served as VP of Engineering at Eaton (formerly Cooper Industries) from 2007 until 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing strategy, driving innovation, reducing time to market, improving quality, and developing business opportunities. From 2004 to 2007, Darron worked as VP of Operations at Cooper Industries. Before that, they were the Plant Manager at Gardner Denver from 2000 to 2004, where they focused on improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory. Darron also worked as the Division Director of Finance and Strategy at Gardner Denver from 1997 to 2000, where they led divisional strategy, financial planning, and business development activities, including acquisitions and consolidations. Prior to that, they served as a Lean Six-Sigma Facilitator at Rockwell Automation from 1989 to 1997 and as a Manufacturing Engineer and Lean Facilitator at Reliance electric.

Darron Lacey has an extensive education history starting with their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from The University of Georgia, which they obtained from 1983 to 1987.
