Michelle Salerno has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2021. Michelle started their career as an intern at Ikaria Pharmaceutical Company, where they gained pharmaceutical regulatory knowledge and medical terminology knowledge. Michelle then interned at NPS Pharmaceuticals, where they processed and distributed safety reports for assigned products and studies. Michelle also worked as an Account Services Intern at Rauxa, where they were exposed to all aspects of direct marketing. Michelle then served as an Office Assistant at Boston University, sharpening their organizational and general office skills. At ZenithOptimedia, Michelle worked as a Media Trainee, gaining valuable experience in the media industry. Michelle later joined Zenith and held various roles including Assistant Negotiator (Media Buyer) Local Activation, Negotiator (Media Buyer), and Senior Negotiator (Media Buyer). In these roles, they managed market lists, negotiated and completed buys for clients, managed correspondence with brand strategy teams, and delegated and facilitated buy activation across departments.
