Ramona Criado-Hernandez, CRCR, has extensive work experience in revenue cycle solutions and leadership roles. Ramona currently serves as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Solutions at Knowtion Health since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of President & CEO at TreasureX from February 2016.

Ramona also has a strong background in volunteer work, particularly with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Ramona held various roles within the organization, including Regional Executive for Region 11, Board Member for Northern CA, and Past President from June 2018 to June 2019. Ramona also served as Programs & Membership Chairman from May 2013 to May 2016 and Chairman for Fall Conference 2011 & Board Member from January 2011 to October 2012.

Before joining Knowtion Health, Ramona worked as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Solutions at Amplus Group from July 2020 to July 2023. Ramona also served as the SVP of Revenue Cycle Services at TransUnion from October 2018 to June 2020 and as the SVP of Revenue Cycle Management-Partner at Rubixis Inc. from February 2017 to May 2020. Additionally, they worked as the SVP of Revenue Cycle at GetixHealth from April 2015 to February 2020.

Ramona's leadership skills were also showcased during their presidency at Qube LLC, a GetixHealth Company, from February 2012 to February 2017. Ramona was also recognized as an Ellite Member of the National Association of Professional Women from May 2013 to May 2016.

Earlier in their career, Ramona worked at EOS Healthcare as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Solutions-Western Region from March 2007 to October 2013. Overall, Ramona Criado-Hernandez's work experience is marked by their expertise in revenue cycle solutions and their dedication to professional organizations and volunteer work.

Ramona Criado-Hernandez, CRCR, began their education at San Jose State University in 1994, where they studied Health/Health Care Administration/Management for two years. After completing their time at San Jose State University, they furthered their education at Evergreen Valley College, earning an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Ramona has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 1991, they obtained the National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) certification from Evergreen Valley College. In 1993, they became a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) after completing the necessary training at San Jose State University. Most recently, in August 2020, they obtained the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
