Michelle Lecian

Michelle Lecian has a comprehensive work experience spanning several industries. Michelle began their career in 1995 as a Records Specialist II at Erlanger Health System. Michelle then worked as an Insurance Biller at Green Hills Chiropractic Clnc from 2000 to 2002, followed by a role as a Chiropractic Assistant from 1997 to 1999. In 2008, they joined Dr. Sudha Saraswat as a Patient Registration and Insurance staff member until 2010. From 2010 to 2017, Michelle worked at Medical Reimbursements of America, Inc., first as a Health Claims Specialist and then as a Health and Eligibility Services Team Lead. Currently, they are employed at Knowtion Health, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior MVA Claims Specialist from 2017 to 2020, MVA Team Leader from 2020 to 2022, and Assistant Director of Operations for Accident Programs from 2022 to the present.

Michelle Lecian obtained a Bachelor's degree in English from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
