Michelle then worked as an Insurance Biller at Green Hills Chiropractic Clnc from 2000 to 2002, followed by a role as a Chiropractic Assistant from 1997 to 1999. In 2008, they joined Dr. Sudha Saraswat as a Patient Registration and Insurance staff member until 2010. From 2010 to 2017, Michelle worked at Medical Reimbursements of America, Inc., first as a Health Claims Specialist and then as a Health and Eligibility Services Team Lead. Currently, they are employed at Knowtion Health, where they have held multiple roles, including Senior MVA Claims Specialist from 2017 to 2020, MVA Team Leader from 2020 to 2022, and Assistant Director of Operations for Accident Programs from 2022 to the present.
