Leigh Brinson has a diverse work experience. Leigh started their career in 2005 as a Campus Director at Robert Morris University in Chicago, IL, where they managed various aspects of the Lake County Campus and provided leadership to improve the delivery of services to students. In 2007, they assumed the role of Vice President for Financial Services at the same university. In this role, they ensured compliance with regulations and developed policies related to financial aid. In 2017, Leigh joined Knox College as the Associate Director of Financial Aid.

Leigh Brinson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University in 1998. Leigh later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from Robert Morris University - Illinois, completing it in 2009.
