R. Kyle Winning

Real estate investor, Little Rock, Arkansas. Winning earned an MBA at Rice University. Co-founder and Chief Strategist of 3G Capital Advisors. He has invested as a principal over $5 billion in real estate investments across the United States, primarily multifamily, of which about half was regulated affordable housing. Winning has been a partner at Steadfast Companies in California, McCord Development in Houston, and Judwin Companies in Houston. He also served as chairman of the Affordable/Workforce Housing Council of the Urban Land Institute.
