Erika Pleggenkuhle

Erika Pleggenkuhle has a diverse range of work experience. In 2010, they started working as a Scheduling Supervisor at The University of Iowa Cambus and held this position until July 2014. From December 2014 to June 2016, they worked as a Property Manager at Retirement Housing Foundation. In 2016, they joined Shenandoah Medical Center, initially as an Executive Assistant from July 2016 to November 2017, and then as a Medical Staff Coordinator from February 2017 to November 2017. Since March 2018, they have been working at Knoxville Hospital and Clinics where they started as a Patient Access Manager, then advanced to the role of Revenue Cycle Manager from August 2022 to April 2023, and is currently serving as the Director of Revenue Cycle from April 2023 onwards.

Erika Pleggenkuhle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Iowa, which they attended from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from Des Moines University, completing their studies between 2015 and 2018. In 2023, Erika enrolled at Drake University to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Erika'sstudies at Drake University concluded in 2025.
