Bill Lyons

Bill Lyons serves as the Deputy to the Mayor and Chief Policy Officer at the City of Knoxville. Prior to this role, Bill was a Professor of Political Science at the University of Tennessee for over three decades. Bill holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma and a B.A. in Political Science from Rhodes College.
