Traci McDonell has extensive experience in web development and photography. They have worked as a Webmaster/Photographer for the City of Knoxville since 2004 and previously as an Internet Development Specialist for the Knoxville News Sentinel. Traci holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a focus in Graphic Design and Marketing from Maryville College.
